Honoring… Celebrating… City Island Businesses

Close to 100 people gathered at the Harlem Yacht Club on November 4 for the 113th anniversary City Island Chamber of Commerce (CICC) Dinner Dance, honoring and celebrating City Island businesses and others who have made a contribution to the City Island community.

This year, the CICC honored:
~ Peter Gennari (Clipper Coffee) | Sam Bierman Award for Business and Community Service
~ Calliope Rigos (The Black Whale) | Tom Ceretta Business Award
~ Kurstal and Bill Clancy | Catherine Scott Community Service Award
~ Harlan Sexton on behalf of Quilts of Valor Project | Special Community Service Award

This year, the CICC also celebrated with new business recognition certificates:
~ Seafood Kingz
~ Little Frida’s Eatery
~ City Island Gallery
