Halloween Parade ‘2023 ~ The Judges Have Spoken…

A record costumed crowd came to this year’s City Island Chamber of Commerce Halloween Parade this past Tuesday (October 31). (Check out the live videos on our Facebook page!)  Judges scattered throughout the crowd ~ in costume themselves! ~ selected winners in various categories:

Best Group: “Alice in Wonderland” by the McSherry Family

Best Adult #1: “Reading Rainbow” by Cortney Cooper

Best Adult #2: “Leftovers” by Mike Mervilde

Best Boy: “Goku” by Goku H.
Best Girl:  “Donut Box” by Josie C.
Best Infant: “Baby Mike Wazowski” by Mike O’Keefe
Best Pet: “Octopus & baby octopus” owner Jane Caro with Frankie
Scariest: “Zipper Head Kid” by Logan C.
Most Original: “Sledgehammer Rabbit” by Justo Maduro
