- Answer office phone, scan job files
- Track in-progress and complete jobs, help management work with field data
- Apply for permits online through DOT website (prior experience not required)
- Tighten up billing packets from job supervisors before they are sent up to back office

- Computer literacy (familiarity with email and basic Excel)
- Experience scanning and uploading documents
