Project Manager/Administrative Assistant

Responsibilities

  • Answer office phone, scan job files
  • Track in-progress and complete jobs, help management work with field data
  • Apply for permits online through DOT website (prior experience not required)
  • Tighten up billing packets from job supervisors before they are sent up to back office

 

Qualifications

  • History of organized work
  • Computer literacy (familiarity with email and basic Excel)
  • Experience scanning and uploading documents
  • Positive attitude
